Taking multi vitamins every day for 15 weeks can help you loose more weight and keep you healthy. It can also make you feel less hungry. But still you will need them to help you keep up some of your bodys needs.


Slow Eating

I have resently read that eating slowly doesnt help you loose wieght. Honestly i think thats a load of bull because i know that slowly food gets passed through your system and after 15mins of munching hunger will go. Also snaking of fruit or veg (high-fibre foods) will fill you up quick and also manly contain negative cals'.


Cravings

We Often crave sweet foods and if we do, and start reaching for the cupbords, first we should take a deep breath and count to 10, if this doesnt work, count up to 100. Hopefuly this will distract you long enough for the feelings to go away. But if this is not the case thenwe should opt' for something low calorie instead of chocolate etc... Sweet fruits should always do the trick or herbal teas.

I personaly recomend that you only eat farm produce from your country "for some sort of protest or right" so only local produce which already cuts it down a bit, become vegaterian so you can get rid of all the fatty meats or become vegan and remove of all animal products or go all the way and go vegan who want eat anything produced or from GM farms etc....
So basicaly live of salad and take your vitamins =)
